Technical Co-Founder / Founding CTO

## About the role AIRES is building compliance-first infrastructure for tokenized real-world asset pools. The company is focused on legally structured, risk-isolated investment pools where sponsors retain asset control while AIRES provides the operating rails for compliance, investor onboarding, restricted transfers, deterministic accounting, reporting, sponsor monitoring, governance controls, and audit-ready evidence. This is not a simple token launch or consumer crypto product. The hard problem is building institutional infrastructure that connects off-chain legal, compliance, reporting, and custody workflows with blockchain-based execution in a controlled and defensible way. I am looking for a technical co-founder or founding CTO who can help lead the platform from MVP through launch and scale. ## What you would own - Technical architecture and engineering execution - On-chain and off-chain platform design - Security, audit readiness, and control implementation - Engineering standards, build sequencing, and technical hiring - Infrastructure choices across blockchain, backend, data, compliance, and reporting systems - MVP execution for the first controlled pilot pool ## Strong fit if you have experience with some combination of - Blockchain or crypto infrastructure - Fintech, capital markets, payments, or asset management - Platform engineering or distributed systems - Security, compliance, audit, custody, or identity systems - Enterprise software or regulated financial workflows - Startup CTO, founding engineer, or senior engineering leadership ## About the company AIRES is pre-MVP but already has substantial company formation, market thesis, platform documentation, technical architecture, MVP scoping, investor materials, and execution planning completed. The right person would be joining early enough to shape the company-defining technical architecture, but not starting from a blank page. This is best suited for someone who wants to build a serious infrastructure company, not chase short-term hype. The goal is to create the operating and control layer that makes tokenized real-world asset pools launchable, monitorable, compliant, and institutionally credible. ## What we offer Compensation will be primarily equity-based at this stage.
