## About the Role We are looking for an AI-Native Product Manager who doesn't treat AI as a feature—but as the foundation of product thinking. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI to design intelligent, workflow-driven systems. This role is execution-heavy: you will define problems, structure solutions, and ship AI-powered products end-to-end. ## Responsibilities - Own product areas end-to-end—from problem definition to shipped features - Design AI-first workflows (not just UI flows) across use cases - Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product requirements - Work closely with engineers to define system architecture, APIs, and data flows - Define how AI is used: prompts, agents, evaluation loops, and fallback logic - Build and iterate on MVPs rapidly with a bias for shipping - Analyze product performance and continuously improve outputs - Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and edge cases ## What Makes This Role Different - You will design AI behavior, not just screens - You will think in systems, workflows, and decision engines - You will ship fast, imperfect, and iterate—this is not a documentation-heavy role - You will work on products where accuracy, trust, and explainability matter ## Who You Are - Strong product thinking with the ability to break down complex problems - Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical systems - Clear understanding of how LLMs / AI systems behave (not just surface-level knowledge) - Ability to write structured PRDs, workflows, and logic definitions - High ownership and bias toward action ## Must-Have Skills - Experience building or contributing to tech products (0→1 or early-stage preferred) - Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and backend systems - Ability to structure problems into workflows, states, and decision trees - Familiarity with AI concepts: prompting, agents, evaluation, hallucination handling ## Good to Have - Hands-on experience with tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks - Exposure to domains like fintech, legal, or workflow automation - Experience working on products involving documents, data extraction, or decisioning - Basic ability to prototype (no-code / low-code / scripting) ## What You'll Gain - Opportunity to build AI-native products from the ground up - Deep exposure to real-world AI implementation (beyond demos) - Ownership of meaningful product areas with direct business impact - Fast growth environment with high learning velocity ## Location & Setup - Pune (Flexible)
