## About the role We are looking for a dynamic, trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. As a freelancer, you will have the autonomy to drive our brand voice across multiple platforms while delivering measurable results in engagement and community growth. ## Responsibilities - Content Creation: Design, film, and write high-quality posts, Reels, TikToks, and stories that align with brand aesthetics. - Platform Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook. - Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and DMs to foster a loyal community and improve brand sentiment. - Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral trends, audio clips, and platform algorithm changes to keep content relevant. - Performance Tracking: Provide monthly reports using platform analytics to track reach, engagement rates, and follower growth. ## Requirements - Portfolio: A proven track record of managing professional social media accounts (please provide handles or a portfolio). - Technical Tools: Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or CapCut. - Copywriting: Ability to write catchy, error-free captions that encourage user interaction. - Scheduling: Experience using management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later. - Self-Management: Strong discipline to meet deadlines and communicate effectively in a remote/freelance capacity. ## Work Arrangement - Type: Project-based or Monthly Retainer. - Location: Fully Remote.
