Technical Cofounder / Founding Engineer — RWA Atlas

## About the role RWA Atlas is building the intelligence layer for tokenized finance. We map issuer structure, custody, on-chain infrastructure, dependencies, and risk across tokenized real-world asset issuers. I'm looking for a technical cofounder / founding engineer to help finish and harden the product. This is not a freelance build and not a generic CTO title. I need someone who wants to own architecture, product execution, and code quality with me long term. ## What you would own - Refactor and simplify the current codebase - Ship the next stable version of the platform - Improve data architecture, performance, and maintainability - Build reliable research and monitoring workflows - Make technical decisions with product and business context, not in isolation ## Current stack - Next.js - TypeScript - Supabase / Postgres - Data ingestion and issuer research workflows - Web3 / on-chain data integrations ## What I need - Strong product-engineering judgment - Ability to work across frontend, backend, and data flows - Comfort cleaning messy code and making architecture more scalable - Bias to ship, not just discuss abstractions - Interest in financial infrastructure, market structure, or Web3 data ## Compensation - Cofounder-level equity - Cash-light / bootstrapped environment at the current stage - Meaningful ownership and direct influence on product direction ## This is a fit if - You want to build a serious data / intelligence product from MVP to market - You can think like an owner - You care about product quality, not just writing code ## This is not a fit if - You are looking for contract work - You need a high salary immediately - You want a title without real execution responsibility
