Onchain Operations Associate Manager

## About the role As an Onchain Operations Associate / Manager, you will help scale the operational backbone of Midas' products. This is a highly hands-on role at the intersection of DeFi, product, and finance operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Own day-to-day investment operations, working closely with our asset managers and ecosystem partners. - Manage MPC wallet operations, including workspace management, transaction policies, whitelisting, signer coordination, transaction reviews, and approvals. - Execute and oversee core operational workflows including NAV calculations, investor and price reporting, fee accounting, subscriptions, redemptions, and liquidity management. - Support new product launches through partner onboarding, technical setup, testing, and go-live operations. - Design, optimize, and automate operational workflows to improve scalability, reliability, and risk management. - Monitor and analyze onchain data, including wallet activity, token flows, and DeFi transactions. - Collaborate with our finance, compliance, and product teams to ensure operational excellence across the full product lifecycle. - Maintain and expand internal operational documentation, playbooks, and product knowledge. ## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, Informatics, Computer Science or related field - 2–5 years of work experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, digital asset operations, treasury, or investment operations - Demonstrable hands-on experience using DeFi protocols, interacting with smart contracts and crypto wallets.
