## About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Associate with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding for niche technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for Full Stack (MERN), AI/ML, and QA Automation roles, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles. ## Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding - Identify, source, and shortlist candidates for roles like: - Full Stack Development (MERN Stack – MongoDB/MySQL, Express.js, React, Node.js) - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) - QA Automation Engineering (Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, etc.) - Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers - Meet hiring targets within defined timelines ## Preferred Qualifications - MBA (HR or related field) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Experience working in product-based companies or startups - Familiarity with modern QA tools and automation frameworks - Strong professional network in the tech hiring ecosystem - Immediate availability or short notice period
