We combine an integrated CRM, AI-driven conversation flows, and messaging automation to turn every inbound message into revenue — reliably, compliantly, and fast. ## About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong communication skills and the ability to use technical expertise to solve real business problems. You will take ownership of feature development end-to-end and contribute to both business and architectural decisions across the software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership, and can independently drive features from ideation to deployment. ## Key responsibilities - Work across different phases of the software development lifecycle, including effort estimation, approach planning, QA testing, deployment, documentation, debugging, feature support, and security improvements. - Participate actively in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the agile development process. - Perform code reviews and provide helpful, meaningful feedback to teammates. - Research, document, and evaluate trade-offs while recommending the best possible solutions for product features. - Take ownership of assigned work and drive it through to completion. - Collaborate across the engineering team to ensure best practices, code quality, and development processes are followed consistently. - Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, efficiency, and quality while building features. ## Who can Apply - 1-2 years of software engineering experience is mandatory - Experience working with a backend MVC framework is mandatory - Experience with React and React Native is mandatory - Experience with Laravel is preferred - Good understanding of REST APIs, version control, backend infrastructure, and standard software development practices ## Tech Stack - Laravel - PHP - MySQL - React - React Native
