## About the role 🚨 We're Hiring: Production Support Engineer (Night Shift) 🌙 📍 Pune / Remote (India) 🕒 Shift: US Eastern Time 💼 Experience: 3–6 Years At Azodha, we're building a next-gen digital healthcare platform serving patients and providers in the US. We're looking for a Production Support Engineer who thrives in high-pressure environments and takes ownership of system reliability. ## 🔧 What You'll Do - Monitor platform health across backend, frontend & AWS - Handle P1/P2 incidents with quick turnaround - Debug issues in Node.js, TypeScript, APIs - Troubleshoot React.js frontend applications - Work with PostgreSQL for data analysis - Investigate AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) - Perform hotfixes, deployments & rollbacks - Document incidents & collaborate with engineering teams ## ✅ What We're Looking For - 3+ years in Production/Application Support or Full Stack roles - Strong skills in Node.js & TypeScript - Experience with React.js - Hands-on with AWS & PostgreSQL - Knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL - Strong debugging & problem-solving skills - Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone) ## ➕ Bonus Skills - Experience with NestJS / Prisma / Sequelize - Exposure to Flutter / Mobile apps - Background in Healthcare or SaaS platforms ## 💡 Why Join Us? - Work on a mission-driven healthcare product - Fast-growing startup with global exposure 🌍 - Strong ownership & growth opportunities ## 📧 How to Apply Mail Id- [email protected]
