Finance Lead

## About the Role We are looking for our first hire to help build our finance function and own and execute against a broad, critical scope. ## Key Responsibilities - Help lead the quarterly and annual planning cycle guiding overall company strategy, resource allocation, and decision-making - Serve as strategic partner to founders, GTM, and R&D across opportunities to drive ROI, make strategic investments that drive growth. - Own materials for our Board meetings and serve as a key partner on future fundraising processes - Manage relationship with accounting firm and oversee the bookkeeping process - Drive accountability from a metric, KPI, and monitoring perspective ## Requirements - Experience as an early hire in a finance function at a growth-stage startup - Familiarity with economics of AI / tokens / agents - Prior experience in investment banking and/or PE - Entrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibility - Flexible, adaptable, willing to get hands dirty, collaborative
