## About the Role You're the person who's always recording. The one in the friend group who captures the moment everyone else missed. You see a good frame before anyone else does, and you're already filming before someone says "someone should record this." ## Responsibilities - Be the eyes of Cravv. Record everything interesting happening in and around the office: product builds, team moments, breakthroughs, casual conversations that turn into great content. - Shoot content for social media across platforms. Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, LinkedIn clips, behind-the-scenes footage, day-in-the-life content. - Record interviews, podcasts, founder conversations, and any live events or collaborations. - Have a keen eye for composition, lighting (natural and artificial), and framing, even in unplanned, candid situations. - Collaborate closely with the video editor to ensure raw footage is shot with the edit in mind. You're not just pointing a camera, you're thinking about the final cut while you shoot. - Capture the startup journey as it happens. Some of the best content won't be scripted. The chaos, the wins, the breakthroughs. Your job is to make sure we never miss those moments. ## Requirements - Solid camera skills. DSLR and smartphone. Comfortable shooting in both planned setups and run-and-gun situations. - Strong sense of visual storytelling. You understand that a good shot tells a story even without words. - Understanding of lighting, audio capture (lav mics, boom, ambient sound), and basic color/exposure. - A portfolio, reel, or even a well-shot Instagram feed that shows your eye. - Self-driven. You don't wait to be told what to shoot. If something's happening, you're already there. ## Good to Have (Bonus Points) - Basic editing skills. You don't need to be a pro editor, but knowing your way around a cut helps you shoot smarter. - Experience shooting podcast/interview setups (multi-cam, proper audio). - Familiarity with drone footage or gimbal work. - A genuine interest in food, tech, or startups. If you watch food vlogs, follow tech creators, or keep up with Indian startup founders, even better.
