Jr Data Analyst

## About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst (Contract) to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. ## Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel - Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations - Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity - Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence requests - Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible ## Requirements - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role - Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools - Experience with Python or R is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
