## About the role Now that a dev shop is actively building T&T Digital, my focus has shifted to finding a couple of technical partners for my ambitious, futuristic social-media-utility app This & That. The plan has always been: outsource the initial build, then bring on long-term technical partners as the product hardens and scales (full launch targeted for May 2026). T&T Digital is the beachhead; Physical + Intimate come later via staged execution. The "impressive" part isn't pedigree (straight A's @ Hopkins/Vanderbilt, 1550 SAT, college football, elite internships)—it's taking a vision rooted in obsessive, real behavior (years of ranking, cataloging, and notetaking on entertainment + profound rabbit holes) and turning it into a real product path with capital committed, scope defined, and a build underway. My mission: build an authenticity + transparency layer for social—where taste is signal, discovery is infrastructure, and identity is more than curated photos. I've been ideating T&T for 3+ years (initially as a power user of Letterboxd/Goodreads/IMDb/Beli/Likewise equivalents). I raised $120k pre-seed and have deployed $70k into my current dev partner building V1 (T&T Digital only) under a staged execution plan. Brand + foundation are done (25 pg app explained doc, landing page, decks, finance docs, UI/UX prototypes). We're targeting an App Store launch in May 2026, backed by ~30k followers via This & That Media as the initial distribution engine. I'm looking for a technical cofounder / future CTO who has shipped consumer apps end-to-end (0→1 and ideally scaled), and can take ownership from my current dev partner (Syndicode: Flutter frontend + Python backend) as we move from V1 to long-term iteration and scale. I want someone who's excited to go all-in, take an equity-first package, lead architecture/product engineering, and build with high standards (speed + quality + taste). Most importantly: founder fit—high integrity, relentless work ethic, strong product intuition, and the ambition to help make This & That one of the biggest social platforms of all time. In order for me to hand out significant equity, I need someone who believes in my app as much as me and is willing to drop everything else in their life and be the CTO of the future of social media.
