Ai Product Manager

## About the role We are looking for an AI Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of product, delivery, and enterprise transformation. This role requires someone who understands how large enterprises function, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and can identify where Generative AI, LAG/LLMs, and agentic workflows can drive meaningful business impact. This is not a role for someone who simply layers AI on top of existing processes. We need someone who can step back, understand the underlying workflow, rethink it, and shape practical AI-led solutions that are aligned to enterprise realities. ## Key Responsibilities - Understand enterprise workflows, pain points, and operating constraints - Translate business problems into clear AI product and solution opportunities - Work across business, client PMO, engineering, AI, and leadership stakeholders - Drive use case definition, requirements, prioritization, and execution planning - Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery rigor with high discipline - Operate confidently in enterprise environments with political maturity and clarity - Support client workshops, discovery discussions, solution shaping, and on-site execution - Ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and outcome-driven ## What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in product/project, consulting, or transformation roles - Strong preference for candidates with a consulting or enterprise-facing background - Good understanding of how large organizations work, including governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution complexity - Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI in enterprise use cases - Ability to rethink business processes rather than apply AI superficially - Strong stakeholder management, structured thinking, and communication skills - Highly disciplined in execution, follow-through, and timeline management ## Preferred Background Candidates from firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC, Accenture, or similar enterprise consulting environments will be preferred.
