Role Overview:
We are seeking a L2 Support Specialist with a focus on Programming & Projects to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to the development and maintenance of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and project management, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to users, resolving complex issues that require in-depth knowledge of our software and systems.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of our software solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
- Document and communicate technical solutions and processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
- Support the implementation of new features and enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the development team, ensuring that user needs are effectively translated into technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a software or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and languages relevant to our software stack.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and documentation systems to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
