Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of the support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of technical assistance and support. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and will work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to improve the user experience.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and German (fluent in both).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
