Responsibilities
Accurately process purchase orders from national and independent customers; Ensure alignment between purchase orders, sales orders and confirmed quantities; Manage orders through OneHarvest systems and resolve order discrepancies prior to dispatch; Act as a key contact point for customer order enquiries and updates; Take phone-based orders and respond professionally to customer concerns; Liaise with logistics and site teams to support effective deliveries and communicate delivery changes; Assist with reporting to identify trends, exceptions and operational issues; Support sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders during promotional activity, demand spikes and peak trading periods.
