## About the Role The Opportunity: Impact Through Insight We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts, product teams, and AI engineers to analyze how students interact with our AI tutors, uncover meaningful patterns, and help translate data into actionable insights. Your work will contribute to improving student learning experiences, optimizing content effectiveness, and strengthening the "personal tutor" experience for students across the platform. ## Key Responsibilities - Support the design and maintenance of analytics frameworks to track student learning journeys, engagement metrics, and platform performance. - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends in student behaviour, feature usage, and content performance. - Assist in building and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards for Product, AI, Content, and Growth teams. - Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student engagement, feature adoption, and learning outcomes. - Create and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Work with structured and semi-structured data from relational databases and document-based systems such as DynamoDB. - Collaborate with AI/ML and product teams to analyze feature performance and support data validation efforts. - Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and visual reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Support data quality checks and contribute to improving reporting accuracy and consistency. ## Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. - Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar). - Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and data manipulation. - Experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase. - Exposure to NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and understanding of handling semi-structured data. - Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts, including basic hypothesis testing and data interpretation. - Ability to structure analytical problems and communicate insights clearly. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced product environment. ## Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or product-based companies. - Familiarity with cloud data environments such as AWS, BigQuery, or Snowflake. - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and interest in analyzing model performance. - Passion for education and improving learning outcomes for vernacular language students, aligned with Arivihan's mission. ## About the Company Learn more about Arivihan : - Website - https://arivihan.com/ - Application - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=arivihan.technologies.doubtbuzzter2&pcampaignid=web_share - YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/@mpboardarivihan - Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/mpboard.arivihan/ - LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/arivihan/posts/?feedView=all
