Automated workflow across multiple channels i.e sms, email whatsapp etc. - Our funds: We are a funded startup 💰 ## Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional AI/NLP Engineer to drive the intelligence behind our AI Agents for the enterprises. You'll work directly with our CTO and AI research team to develop, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art language models that power multilingual, context-aware conversations with millions of customers. This role is for an AI specialist who thrives on pushing the boundaries of what's possible—from fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific tasks and building robust NLP pipelines to creating high-quality datasets and conducting applied research that directly improves our AI agents' performance. If you're passionate about applied AI/NLP, love experimenting with cutting-edge models, and want to build AI systems that directly impact how financial institutions operate, this is the perfect opportunity for you. ## Your Role - Design and build high-quality datasets for training and evaluation, including synthetic data generation, data annotation pipelines, and quality assurance - Conduct applied research to improve agent performance in multilingual settings, intent classification, sentiment analysis, and context understanding - Optimize and fine-tune TTS models for naturalness, emotion control, and low-latency performance across multiple languages - Develop and improve ASR/STT systems for accurate transcription in noisy environments, handling code-mixed speech and domain-specific vocabulary - Fine-tune and adapt large language models (LLMs) for industry-specific use cases including collections, customer service, and sales conversations - Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and few-shot learning approaches to optimize model performance - Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks including automated testing, human-in-the-loop evaluation, and A/B testing methodologies - Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for grounding AI responses in regulatory documents and financial knowledge bases - Develop and optimize models for Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, etc.) with focus on code-mixing and transliteration - Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and continuous improvement pipelines for production AI systems ## Why This Role Rocks - Work directly with India's First Emotive TTS - our proprietary Vox-v1 TTS engine (sub-100ms latency, 15+ emotions) and contribute to next-generation voice AI - Build systems that power AI agents serving India's leading Enterprises. - We offer a competitive salary and meaningful equity options we want you to grow with the company. - Work with a focused team that values clean code, system design excellence, and continuous learning. ## Qualifications - 3+ years experience in AI/NLP with production deployments - Expert-level experience fine-tuning language models using: - Parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, Adapter layers) - Instruction tuning and RLHF concepts - Domain adaptation techniques - Fine-tuning and optimizing neural TTS models (Tacotron, FastSpeech, VITS, or similar) - Working with ASR architectures (Whisper, Wav2Vec2, Conformer, or similar) - Strong proficiency in PyTorch with hands-on model training experience - Solid understanding of - Transformer architectures (attention mechanisms, positional encoding) - Pre-training and transfer learning strategies - Tokenization, embeddings, and language representation - Proven experience building high-quality training datasets including Synthetic data generation techniques and Data augmentation approaches - Understanding of model serving, API integration, and latency optimization ## Sounds Like You? - User-obsessed: Users come first, above all else. - Communication: You over-communicate.
