## About the Role
Start2 Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to help expand our presence across the Americas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of marketing strategy and a passion for innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship. You will support hands-on regional marketing initiatives that strengthen Start2 Group's brand, engage our global community, and drive participation in our programs and partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with – and report directly to – the Marketing Director, Americas, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in executing campaigns and content that help Start2 Group reach innovators, corporations, and governments around the world.

## Key Responsibilities
### Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to the development and execute regional marketing plans aligned with Start2 Group's strategic goals.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns to promote programs, partnerships, and events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and across multiple brands within the Start2 ecosystem.
- Manage social media calendars and communication plans and draft content for social media channels.
### Content Development & Communication
- Produce high-quality, persuasive, and engaging content for digital campaigns, presentations, landing pages, promotional materials, event descriptions, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the global content and design teams to create assets for social media, newsletters, and case studies.
- Support marketing and communication efforts for specific programs and events, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Develop and execute pre-event and post-event communication strategies, including email and social campaigns.
- Write and edit clear, compelling copy across multiple formats, e.g., emails, social media posts, decks, scripts, and announcements.
### Digital Marketing & Tools
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) for email campaigns, CRM, and reporting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven improvements.
- Ensure effective use of digital platforms for lead capture, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
- Set up lists, segments, forms, and workflows in HubSpot to support ecosystem engagement and program promotion.
### Event Marketing
- Create and manage event pages, descriptions, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate pre-event communications, reminders, and follow-up campaigns.
- Support onsite or hybrid marketing efforts, including social media coverage.
- Work closely with program teams to ensure event promotion aligns with audience goals.
## Qualifications
### Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns, content creation, and marketing tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Experience creating and publishing social media content, managing communication plans.
- Experience building landing pages is a plus.
- Familiarity with event marketing and stakeholder communications is a plus.
### Skills & Attributes
- Strong writing and copyediting skills, with an ability to craft clear and compelling messages across different audiences and brand tones.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and proactive in supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Digital-native mindset with proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a strong interest in incorporating AI into day-to-day marketing workflows.
- Passion for innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship and global innovation ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional hubs for team meetings and events.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
