Facilitate scheduled Family Team Conferences focusing on child safety, risk, well-being, and permanency; Address critical issues and concerns of children, families, providers, and Family Court; Prepare administrative functions including documentation, data, action plans, and reports; Complete expedited home study packages with kinship resources; Request emergency funds and miscellaneous reimbursements for kin resources; Interface with interagency support resources and clinical consultation teams; Provide case conferencing and consultation to reexamine decision appropriateness; Consult with attorneys regarding legal posture and court orders; Provide conferencing in the family's natural community when appropriate.
