Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate enterprise SIOP process including portfolio, demand, supply, and capacity reviews; Develop and maintain SIOP calendar, meeting cadence, standard work, templates, and escalation paths; Partner with cross-functional leaders to align project demand, customer requirements, production capacity, and financial targets; Own portfolio governance routines including project intake, prioritization, stage-gate readiness, and change control; Create and maintain portfolio dashboards, executive summaries, scorecards, and KPI reporting; Identify demand/supply gaps and capacity risks to prepare recommendations for leadership; Drive continuous improvement in SIOP maturity and reporting quality; Support annual, capital, and long-range planning processes; Provide leadership and oversight for engineering project engineers and project controls functions; Oversee master scheduling to support enterprise capacity planning and resource alignment.
