Country Community Partner

## About the role This is a full-time remote, target-based role for a Country Community Partner. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with local communities, cultural hosts, and travelers within your designated country to promote authentic cultural engagement on NativeMeet. ## Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a strong local community of hosts, partners, and contributors - Onboard and support cultural hosts aligned with NativeMeet's quality standards - Manage community inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service - Identify and execute local partnerships (homestays, experiences, cultural groups) - Drive community growth, host onboarding, and engagement targets - Collaborate with regional and global teams to expand NativeMeet's reach and impact This role follows a performance-driven model, where contributions such as community growth, successful partnerships, active hosts, and platform engagement are key success metrics.
