Responsibilities
Own and drive UK risk strategy aligned with Group strategy and FCA expectations; Lead Group financial and prudential risk framework (credit, liquidity, capital, market, concentration, cost); Design and lead stress testing programmes for crypto market shocks; Set and monitor risk limits for crypto liquidity providers and custodians; Provide second line oversight of crypto-asset custody and key management; Oversee UK RCSA cycle, incident management, and KRI monitoring; Oversee critical third-party arrangements including custody and cloud providers; Maintain UK risk register and deliver decision-ready reporting to the UK Board; Maintain relationships with the FCA and support regulatory submissions and inspections.
