## About the role
You'll be joining a specialised team at 100ms focused on healthcare automation using AI.
You'll lead growth strategy for 100ms AI's healthcare automation platform, driving adoption of AI agents that eliminate patient access bottlenecks. You'll accelerate market penetration in specialty pharmacy, scale from early adopters to broader healthcare systems, and establish repeatable growth motions in the complex U.S. healthcare operations space.
## Responsibilities
### Growth Strategy & Execution
- Shape the brand and establish thought leadership across the patient access workflow buyer journey—from specialty pharmacy partners to health systems and payers.
- Identify high-impact growth levers specific to healthcare automation and influence product roadmap (e.g., workflow integration depth, time-to-authorization improvements, referral conversion rates).
- Build and optimize go-to-market motions including pilot-to-production conversion, expansion into adjacent workflows (eligibility, appeals, case management), and land-and-expand strategies.
- Partner with engineering, sales and ops teams to ship growth-focused features that demonstrate clear ROI in reduced delays and administrative burden
### Data-Driven Optimization
- Own key growth metrics, including pipeline generation, pilot conversion rate, time-to-value, automation rate improvement, workflow expansion, and net revenue retention.
- Quantify and communicate business impact: authorization turnaround time reduction, staff hours saved, patient start-of-therapy acceleration.
- Build frameworks to identify which speciality pharmacy segments, health systems, or workflows offer highest growth potential.
- Develop case studies and ROI models that resonate with healthcare operations leaders and pharmacy directors
### Go-To-Market & Channel Development
- Scale channels relevant to speciality pharmacy and patient access stakeholders (NASP conferences, speciality pharmacy networks, healthcare operations LinkedIn, industry publications).
- Create compelling positioning around measurable outcomes: faster prior auths, reduced referral leakage, lower administrative costs, better patient access.
- Launch targeted campaigns for key personas (speciality pharmacy directors, patient access managers, health system ops leaders, payer organisations).
- Build thought leadership through healthcare operations webinars, workflow automation showcases, and industry events (NASP Summit, PBMI, speciality-specific conferences)
### Market Development & Expansion
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities: new therapeutic areas, additional workflow types, health system direct sales, payer partnerships.
- Work with sales to define ideal customer profiles and buying patterns in specialty pharmacy vs. health systems vs. payers.
- Develop vertical-specific messaging for high-touch specialties (oncology, rheumatology, rare disease, etc.)
- Build partnerships with EMR/EHR vendors, specialty pharmacies, and patient access technology platforms.
### Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with sales to generate qualified leads who understand patient access pain points and have budget authority.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure roadmap reflects market demands and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with ops team (critical for AI agent performance) to showcase automation quality and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with clinical and compliance advisors to ensure messaging addresses healthcare regulatory concerns.
## Requirements
### Required Experience
- 2-5 years in growth, product management, or strategy roles at healthcare SaaS, healthcare operations technology, or B2B healthcare startups.
- Proven track record of driving growth in complex, regulated industries with long sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build ROI models and business cases that resonate with healthcare operations buyers.
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, particularly revenue cycle, patient access, or pharmacy operations.
- Comfort with ambiguity—you can navigate the messy reality of healthcare workflows while building scalable growth strategies.
### Key Attributes
- **Healthcare operations fluency**: You understand patient access bottlenecks, prior authorization pain, specialty pharmacy workflows, and the economic impact of delays.
- **ROI-focused storytelling**: You can translate AI automation capabilities into hard dollar savings and operational KPIs that healthcare leaders care about.
- **Enterprise sales understanding**: You know how to support complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long evaluation periods.
- **Bias for action with compliance awareness**: You move fast while respecting HIPAA, payer requirements, and healthcare data security.
- **Exceptional communication**: You can speak credibly with pharmacy directors, health system operations leaders, and payer organisations.
## Nice to have
### Healthcare Domain Expertise
- Direct experience in speciality pharmacy, patient access, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations.
- Prior work with prior authorisation, benefits verification, referral management, or patient intake workflows.
- Understanding of payer-provider dynamics, formulary management, and medication access challenges.
- Network within speciality pharmacy organisations (NASP), patient access forums, or health system operations
### Technical & Industry Background
- Experience with healthcare automation, RPA in healthcare, or AI/ML products in healthcare operations.
- Understanding of EMR/EHR integration, HL7/FHIR standards, and healthcare data interoperability
