Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to refine strategy, drive performance improvements, and guide data-informed decisions. Synthesize data and insights from multiple internal and external sources to shape product strategy and execution. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new product opportunities and positioning strategies. In this role, you will pioneer a zero-to-one product, building new services that help advertisers grow their businesses by leveraging Moloco's world-class machine learning capabilities. We're looking for a passionate, analytical, and execution-driven Product Manager ready to drive innovation, unlock new advertiser verticals, and shape the future of Moloco's growth. ## How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? - A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles, with a proven track record of turning ambiguous business and technical requirements into clear, data-driven product decisions. - 3+ years of mobile ad tech experience, ideally with expertise in Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and/or Commerce Media. - Demonstrated success in leading 0 → 1 product strategies and launches - An analytical mindset, using data to inform and drive key decisions - A solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) cycles within product management. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align and influence across teams - Experience thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment — building, testing, and learning quickly to deliver impact. ## Preferred Qualifications - MBA preferred. - Experience in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems. - Familiarity with commerce APIs, product feed management, and dynamic creative systems. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools. ## Example Impact Areas - Building a product recommendation model that improves ad CTR by X%. - Integrating with major e-commerce platforms to automate catalog/postback ingestion and campaign setup. - Driving UX experimentation to optimize ad unit performance across different inventory environments.
