Full Stack Engineer

## About the role Who we're looking for: We're searching for a seasoned full-stack engineer who thrives on ownership. If you've built and deployed production-ready applications using NodeJS and ReactJS, and you're excited about shaping a product from the ground up, we'd love to talk. This is not just another job — you'll be part of the founding engineering team, working directly with our CTO and founders to design and ship the core platform of a next-generation business chat application (think WhatsApp, but built for businesses to deliver seamless customer experiences). Please avoid applying if you are still in college or have less than 3 years of experience in building products that are used by consumers in production. ## What you'll do - Build and scale backend APIs and a performant frontend from scratch. - Own the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment. - Collaborate closely with founders to make key technical decisions. - Influence engineering culture and lay the foundation of our tech stack. - Be part of the journey as we scale from 0 → 1 → 100. ## What we're looking for - 3+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing products in production. - Deep experience with NodeJS and ReactJS. - Strong systems-thinking: able to design scalable, secure APIs. - Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and excitement to build from scratch. - Bonus: prior experience with real-time messaging or chat systems. - Good taste in UI design ## Why join us We believe when businesses succeed, everyone prospers.
