## About the role We're seeking an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented person for a Founder's Office role to work closely with the Founder and ensure smooth functioning of our business. In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring business success, customer success, enhancing employee morale, and overseeing internal processes so that everything runs on time and smoothly. ## Responsibilities ### Customer Success - Act as a key point of contact for customer feedback and issues. - Collaborate with teams to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement in customer experience. ### Talent Morale & Satisfaction - Monitor team well-being and facilitate initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction. - Work with department leads to address concerns and nurture a positive, high-performing work culture. ### Process Oversight - Manage and streamline internal processes to ensure timely project execution and operational efficiency. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts and maintain clear communication channels to keep initiatives on track. ### Business Success & Strategic Support - Work directly with the CEO to track key performance metrics and report on operational challenges and successes. - Identify and implement process improvements that drive growth and efficiency across the organization. ## Requirements - Experienced in operations, project management, or a similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment. - An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across teams. - Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. - Driven to ensure customer satisfaction and foster a positive, engaging work environment. ## Nice to have *Important: Please make sure to go through our website to understand our journey and apply with a small note on why you think you'd make for a good fit in terms of relevant experience or interests. ## What we offer - **Growth Opportunity:** Gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making and work closely with the Founder.
