Instructional Designer

## About the Role You'll design and develop curricula and educational content for AI Agents at the cutting-edge intersection of education and technology. You'll directly build AI-based learning experiences that lead the future of programming education and take on the key role of ensuring content quality for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. Through close collaboration with pilot institutions, you'll identify real educational field needs and lead the entire process of implementing them into AI content. This is an excellent career growth opportunity to lead changes in the global EdTech market in a challenging and experimental environment where educational expertise merges with cutting-edge AI technology to create innovative learning solutions. ## Key Responsibilities ### AI Agent Curriculum Development - Design and develop systematic learning curricula for programming education AI Agents - Plan and create AI content for intensive education programs in bootcamp/workshop formats - Design customized learning paths by learner level and build personalized learning experiences ### Quality Assurance and Operations Management - Build and operate quality management processes for RAG system-based AI-generated content - Establish content generation flow management and continuous quality improvement systems - Measure and optimize content effectiveness through data-driven learning analytics ### Pilot Institution Collaboration and Educational Operations - Plan and conduct onboarding workshops for pilot institutions - Develop instructor user guides and educational materials - Provide customized educational resources by institution and collect feedback for product improvement ## Requirements - Must reside in Singapore - Experience in educational content design and development - Capability in technical documentation and user guide creation - Experience operating LMS (Learning Management System) or LXP (Learning Experience Platform) - Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders (developers, educators, learners) - Basic knowledge of AI tool utilization and prompt engineering - Ability to enhance work efficiency and optimize performance using AI tools ## Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational Technology, or related field - Work experience at EdTech startups or educational technology companies - Experience developing programming education or IT education content - Data analysis tool proficiency (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) - Basic AI/ML knowledge and understanding of RAG systems
