Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement of IT products and services across the Europe region from local vendors; Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, cloud services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, telecom, and professional services; Manage strategic sourcing initiatives including supplier evaluations and contract finalization; Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, licensing models, and contract renewals; Build and manage relationships with global and regional technology vendors; Ensure compliance with company policies and European regulations such as GDPR, DORA, and CRA; Drive supplier performance reviews and vendor governance; Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities; Support budgeting, demand planning, and procurement reporting; Mitigate supply chain and commercial risks.
