Solutions Engineer

## About the role We're working on an early-stage platform focused on applying AI and automation to real-world business problems. This is an equity-based opportunity for a hands-on Solutions Engineer who enjoys working across technology, product, and user interaction to turn ideas into working solutions ## Key Responsibilities - Work directly with users to understand problems and translate them into practical solutions - Build and configure integrations with common tools and systems (APIs, workflows, automation) - Develop and test AI-driven use cases in real-world scenarios - Demo solutions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly - Collaborate closely on product direction, prioritization, and execution ## Qualifications - Strong technical foundation (APIs, integrations, scripting, or full-stack development) - Comfortable interacting with users, explaining solutions, and gathering requirements - Ability to move quickly from idea → prototype → working solution - Interest in AI, automation, or modern software systems - Self-starter mindset; comfortable working in an early-stage environment ## Ideal Fit - Engineers who enjoy working with users, not just code - Individuals who like solving real problems and seeing outcomes - Builders interested in startups and ownership ## What we offer This is an unpaid, equity-based role at this stage Looking for 1–2 committed individuals Includes a short trial period to ensure mutual fit ## About the company We're working on an early-stage platform focused on applying AI and automation to real-world business problems.
