We are looking to grow our team and are ready to develop our software now that we have conducted significant customer discovery to validate our idea and market solution. ## Desired Skills and Qualifications - Software engineer with at least 5+ years of experience - Strong backend programming skills - Strong background in AI/ML and familiarity with the latest models - Strong background in data science and data analytics - Ability to develop sophisticated AI prompts and train open source models - Interest in ESG, investment stewardship, and public markets - Preference for those with Masters Degree or PhD, but not required - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as a self-learner - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
