Asta Agency collaborates with Adway in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment on part-time, 10-20 hours per week. You will be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant for Adway. ## Responsibilities - Administrative tasks such as registration and management of information - Event coordination – help organize events - Travel bookings – flights and hotels - Customer Success tasks – adjust campaigns, contribute with ideas regarding design and layout - Image editing and presentation materials – create and prepare PowerPoints - Reporting – summarize simpler reports ## Requirements - You are meticulous and engaged with an interest in digital marketing - You have the ability to work both independently and in a team - You have an extra interest in building customer relationships - You are structured, enjoy taking initiative, and have an eye for details - Ongoing post-secondary education in digital marketing or E-Commerce - Good administrative skills - Interest in marketing and digital campaigns - Experience with image editing and presentation materials is advantageous - Fluency in French is an added advantage ## Benefits - Start: August - Location: Central Stockholm - Scope: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week - Salary: Hourly wage according to agreement - Ongoing selection is applied in this process, meaning the position may be filled before the last application deadline.
