Responsibilities
Support and improve HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle; Build, document and maintain HR workflows, policies and internal procedures; Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation; Configure, update and optimize HRIS workflows, templates and automations; Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR regulations; Monitor HR documentation and keep internal knowledge bases up to date; Create reports, dashboards and HR metrics to support decision-making; Collaborate with legal and finance departments on HR-related data.
