Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, present menus and provide detailed information, prepare tables by setting up linen and silverware, offer menu recommendations and daily specials, take accurate F&B orders using POS or handhelds, serve food and drinks, maintain clean dining area and equipment, deliver and collect bill payments, carry dirty equipment to the kitchen pot wash, follow Health & Safety Protocols, attend job specific trainings and team communication meetings
