Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Execute data migration projects from planning through to completion
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and system requirements
- Develop and maintain migration strategies and documentation
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience in data migration or related fields
- Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and migration tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and data management practices

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in data migration or related areas (preferred)
- Experience with SQL and database management systems
