Review order indents and communicate with internal functions for corrections; Allocate orders to team members based on competency and workload; Review and approve Pump Quality Control Plans (QCPs); Check and release error-free pump part lists in SAP; Ensure timely preparation and release of manufacturing and assembly check drawings; Assist 3D modelling team with 2D drawings and dimensional inputs; Resolve technical issues reported during assembly, testing, and at site; Implement order-specific development activities and analysis; Create pattern layout drawings and requisitions for new parts; Maintain documents in the PM&PS library; Drive standardization of pump components; Manage team training, up-skilling, and workload.
