Responsibilities
Execute monthly close to tight reporting deadlines under US GAAP for international entities; Prepare balance sheet reconciliations across all key international accounts; Prepare monthly/quarterly entity level flux analysis; Oversee local statutory audit and reporting requirements including coordination with external auditors; Manage third party accounting service providers on daily and month end operations; Prepare monthly funding requests for international subsidiaries; Partner with US Corporate Accounting on accounting and reporting matters; Partner with international payroll team on payroll journals and reconciliations; Support tax team on international tax filings and initiatives; Support global expansion initiatives including new entity set up; Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls; Evaluate and implement AI solutions for process improvements
