Responsibilities
Provide high-quality counselling support to improve student wellbeing and learning outcomes; Deliver targeted wellbeing interventions for students with complex needs; Assist in coordinating student support services within a multidisciplinary team; Support teachers to develop and implement programs for students with additional needs; Provide expert advice on student wellbeing, mental health, and engagement; Collaborate with team members to manage and support complex student cases; Contribute to the professional learning and development of student support staff; Liaise with families, schools, community agencies, health services, and external professionals to coordinate student support.
