Responsibilities
Support the month-end close cycle and ensure accurate completion within timetables; Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements; Own the revenue accounting processes end-to-end including bookings, revenue, deferred revenue, invoicing, and collection; Reconcile revenue and receivables against orders, contracts, and delivery milestones; Partner with sales, delivery, and program teams to ensure accurate order and billing data; Work closely with the Director of Finance on recurring reports; Work closely with external auditors through the annual audit; Provide professional guidance and assistance for the bookkeeping staff; Communicate with other departments to ensure business activities are properly reflected in financial statements; Perform ad-hoc analysis.
