Responsibilities
Design and maintain highly available observability infrastructure including collectors and visualization platforms; Build and govern the observability ecosystem defining actionable alerting standards; Develop and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code; Administer and continuously improve production Kubernetes clusters; Build, optimize, and maintain fast and reliable CI/CD pipelines; Own telemetry architecture end to end ensuring efficient generation, collection, and storage of logs, metrics, and traces; Lead and mentor the infrastructure/platform engineering team; Facilitate collaboration with development and product teams; Support incident response processes and provide technical leadership during outages; Improve developer experience by introducing automation and standards; Contribute to security and platform maturity through practices like secrets management and policy as code
