Lead project planning, execution and delivery management for technology initiatives within the Performance Management workstream; Work closely with the MI Tech Product Owner, Solution Architect, business stakeholders, Delivery Leads and engineering teams to align scope, priorities, milestones and delivery outcomes; Translate business and technical requirements into clear delivery plans, sprint priorities, work packages and implementation activities for the team; Provide technical guidance to the delivery team across data engineering, integration, reporting, cloud platform delivery, DevOps and operational readiness; Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resource coordination and delivery reporting, ensuring timely escalation and resolution where required; Oversee solution validation, testing coordination, implementation readiness and post-delivery support to ensure solutions meet business needs, architecture standards and SLAs
