Simulate and design active and passive photonic integrated components, circuits, and high-bandwidth photonic systems; Translate device operational specifications into mask layouts; Drive tape-out activities including layout verification, DRC, and documentation; Contribute to software development and maintenance for simulation and mask layout tools; Test and characterize resulting components and integrated circuits; Analyze and interpret measurement data to optimize device performance; Perform root cause and failure analysis of components and integrated circuits
