Own legal intake, triage, matter tracking, and workflow administration; Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive legal work through automation; Serve as operational owner of contract lifecycle management system; Maintain corporate records, governance calendars, and entity administration; Maintain consolidated compliance calendar covering policies, training, audits, and filings; Coordinate compliance projects across Legal, Security, Engineering, Product, Finance, and People; Support legal components of SOC 2, CMMC, privacy, accessibility, and AI governance initiatives; Develop and maintain Legal playbooks, SOPs, decision trees, and training materials; Train employees on Legal systems and processes; Support outside-counsel operations including budget and invoice tracking
