Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery sessions and technical workshops to understand business objectives and infrastructure requirements. Assess customer data center environments and develop or validate infrastructure designs for GPU and AI deployments. Complete take-off sheets, site assessments, and rack/cabling requirements for pricing and execution. Translate requirements into detailed Statements of Work and develop labor/service estimates. Evaluate physical infrastructure readiness including power, cooling, and containment. Present solution designs and estimates to customers to build confidence and advance opportunities to close. Partner with sales and delivery teams to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
