Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and overall financial health. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and compliance teams during audits and statutory filings. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis. Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency. Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team.
