Responsibilities
Create and develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasts, and liquidity/cash flow control; Actively support economic aspects of digital health, software, and SaaS business models; Provide hands-on sparring for the executive team and Product, Sales, Customer Success, and HR; Build and develop management, shareholder, and investor reporting; Plan and control cost center and department budgets; Coordinate and ensure quality of external accounting; Coordinate tax matters with external advisors; Prepare and support financing, bank talks, and grant applications; Develop financial processes, KPIs, and digital tools with a focus on automation and scalability; Steer governance, compliance, and certification processes (e.g., Audit-Readiness, ISO standards).
