Responsibilities
Define and drive overall TTO Engineering strategy for DFT, test automation, ATE, and reliability hardware; Lead centralized test technology development and standardization to improve yield and cost; Drive DFT and test automation strategy for scalable NPI; Oversee ATE and reliability hardware capability planning and sustaining support; Partner with product and manufacturing teams to execute factory transfers and resolve quality issues; Drive COGs improvement through test cost reduction and yield enhancement; Build and develop a high-performing global engineering organization
