Responsibilities
Define and drive manufacturing test strategy for boards, trays, and system-level assemblies; Develop and manage test coverage (ICT, FCT, tray-level, system-level); Partner with engineering teams to define test requirements and validate failure isolation; Translate requirements into scalable test plans balancing coverage, cost, and throughput; Collaborate with integrators and vendors to implement and qualify test stations and automation; Analyze test results and yield trends to drive corrective actions; Lead debug of manufacturing test failures; Drive continuous improvement of test processes and standards.
