Responsibilities
Support wafer inspection and defect analysis activities to identify process and device-related issues. Perform data analysis to help improve device yield and manufacturing performance. Assist with device characterization and electrical measurements at wafer level. Support reliability characterization activities including TDDB and WL-UIL measurements. Analyze test data and prepare technical reports summarizing results and recommendations. Collaborate with Device, Process Integration, Product, and Reliability Engineering teams. Support root-cause investigations and corrective action initiatives for yield and reliability issues. Participate in design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to optimize device performance. Document findings and present project updates to the engineering team.
