Guide training and troubleshooting on AMAT Vantage and Centura systems; Perform maintenance on AMAT Vantage and Centura Radiance, Radiance Vulcan, SiNgen, DPN chambers; Perform full preventive maintenance activities including removal and installation of rebuilt assemblies; Ensure assemblies are built to achieve target lifetimes; Perform leak checks on installed assemblies; Review Statistical Process Control charts and react to Out of Control conditions; Recover from process and tool interruptions; Identify and address potential areas for improvement to optimize tool availability and cost; Complete all required reporting and documentation
